Good to know
Do you work with insurance claims?
No. Many property managers would rather pay for roof work directly than file a claim on their policy, and that's how we work: a clear, written price, billed directly to you, with no claim paperwork.
Can you send a certificate of insurance and a W-9?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and we'll send certificates, a W-9 and our license details whenever you ask. Our license is California #1011451 (C-39 Roofing); you can look it up on the CSLB website.
What kinds of properties do you work on?
Apartment communities and commercial buildings: flat and hot-mop roofs, tile and shingle, inspections with written reports, repairs and re-roofs. We take on entire complexes and can work several buildings at the same time. We also take single-family homes in the Inland Empire (see the homeowner page).
Do you work with HOAs?
No. We work with property management companies on apartment and commercial properties, and with homeowners in the Inland Empire.
What areas do you cover?
All of Orange and Los Angeles counties, San Bernardino County out to Victorville, and Riverside County from Temecula to Palm Springs. Not sure if a property is in range? Send us the address.
